1. What the Gift Program is
The CloudFran Gift Program offers free, professionally produced resources — ebooks, guides, workbooks and checklists authored and branded by CloudFran. Where a CloudFran customer offers a resource to their own audience, the resource may also carry that customer’s logo (“cobranding”). These resources are made available only from within the CloudFran platform; they are not offered for anonymous public download.
2. Information we collect
To deliver a resource we ask for your name and email address. We use that information to deliver the resource you requested, to confirm delivery, and — where you have given consent — to send you related CloudFran guides, product updates and offers. You can unsubscribe from marketing messages at any time using the link in any email.
3. You join the CloudFran prospect list
When you request a resource, your name and email are added to the CloudFran prospect list so a CloudFran representative (or the customer who offered the resource, where applicable) can follow up with you. Providing your details is never a condition of purchasing anything.
4. CloudFran Loyalty Program — optional, only if you choose
You may choose to join the CloudFran Loyalty Program (CloudFran Stars) when you request a resource. Enrollment is optional and happens only if you affirmatively opt in. If you join, you can earn and redeem rewards under the CloudFran Loyalty Program terms, and you may leave the program at any time. Declining does not affect your access to the free resource.
5. The CloudFran Data Community
By requesting a resource you acknowledge that your contact information becomes part of the CloudFran data community. CloudFran may use information from the data community to operate, improve and secure its products, to produce aggregated and de-identified insights and benchmarks, and to tailor communications and offers to you. CloudFran does not sell your personal information. We share personal information only with service providers acting on our behalf, with a customer who offered you a cobranded resource, or as required by law, in each case consistent with our Privacy Policy.
6. Your choices and rights
- Unsubscribe from marketing email at any time via any message, or by contacting us.
- Opt out of, or into, the CloudFran Loyalty Program at any time.
- Request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, subject to applicable law and our Privacy Policy.
