1. The free trial is 14 days
Unless a written agreement states otherwise, a CloudFran free trial lasts 14 days from the day you start it. The trial gives you access to the plan you selected so you can evaluate it. CloudFran may set reasonable usage limits during the trial (for example on AI, messaging, or contacts) to keep the trial fair and available to everyone.
2. No charge to start; how billing works after the trial
You can start a trial without a credit card. If you do not provide a payment method, CloudFran will not charge you, and your access simply pauses when the trial ends unless you choose a paid plan. If you do provide a payment method, your paid subscription begins automatically at the end of the 14-day free trial and renews each month (or your selected billing cycle) at the then-current price until you cancel. You can cancel at any time before the trial ends to avoid any charge.
3. Cancelling and refunds
You may cancel at any time from your account or by contacting us. Cancelling stops future renewals. Except where required by law, payments already made are non-refundable, and CloudFran does not provide partial refunds for the unused portion of a billing period. Cancel before your next renewal to avoid the next charge.
4. One trial per customer
Free trials are intended for new customers evaluating CloudFran in good faith — generally one trial per business and per person. CloudFran may decline, limit, or end a trial (and may require verification, such as a phone number or payment method) where it reasonably detects repeated trials, automated sign-ups, or other abuse.
5. Price changes
The price that applies to your subscription is the one shown when you start, and it is subject to change for future billing periods with reasonable notice. Promotional or introductory pricing applies only for the stated period.
6. Enterprise and custom accounts
Larger or custom-quoted accounts may have different trial lengths, pricing, and terms as set out in their individual agreement; those agreements govern and take precedence over the 14-day standard above.
7. Payment authorization & auto-recharge
By providing a payment method, you authorize CloudFran and its payment processors (for example Stripe) to charge that method for recurring subscription fees and for any variable usage fees, overages, administrative or reversal fees, or backend auto-recharge associated with your plan or Configure-Price-Quote (CPQ) tier. For metered or wallet-based consumption, you authorize an automated recharge: when your balance falls below the designated minimum threshold, CloudFran may charge your method on file for a pre-selected recharge amount. You may adjust your thresholds in your billing dashboard; disabling auto-recharge may result in suspension of metered services upon balance depletion. Billing for dynamic CPQ or tiered-commission models trues up at the end of each billing cycle based on actual utilization. If a payment fails, CloudFran may suspend access until a valid payment method is provided.
8. Trial data expiration
If your 14-day free trial expires without converting to a paid subscription, CloudFran may permanently delete the data, configurations, and assets associated with the trial account after 30 days. CloudFran assumes no liability for loss of data resulting from an unconverted or abandoned trial. Enterprise or custom-quoted accounts may have different retention terms in their individual agreement.
